Please note:
- Groups of young people are not permitted.
- Single-gender groups are permitted only upon request.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure that your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water, and electricity
- Intermediate cleaning (towel change + light cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Internet access
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)
- Air conditioning

The following are not included in the rental price (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: € 70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to € 1,500 per booking).
- Reservation fee: € 35
- Tourist tax: € 140 per week

Optional extras, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Use of outdoor jacuzzi: € 300 per week
- House heating: € 175 per week
- Extra cleaning: € 15 per hour, minimum 2 hours per visit
- Pool heating: € 200 per week

Please note that guests wishing to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week prior to arrival.
