Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Interim cleaning (towel change and small cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)
- Air conditioning
- Use of jacuzzi

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):
- Insurance for security deposit: € 70 (for the first € 1500 of damage)
- Security deposit: € 1.500, refundable (the insurance € 1500 + € 70 are both mandatory)
- Reservation fee: € 35

Optional extra to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 200 per week

Please note that guests who want to use the pool heating should request it at least 1 week before arrival.
