The chef has extensive training and culinary experience oriented towards preparing authentic Italian cuisine. Excellent raw materials, care in preparation, and presentation guarantee savoring traditional cuisine without venturing into sometimes disappointing new trends. The selection of dishes from the house menu must be uniform for the entire group and chosen by the guests within two days prior to the service.

• A cooler with a careful selection of wines and a second cooler for beers, mineral water, and soft drinks are available to guests in the kitchen, with prices according to the villa's price list.
• Food for meal preparation: €30 / person.
• Professional waiter for table service: €70 / hour.
• Extraordinary or additional cleaning service: €40 / hour per staff member.
• Guest laundry service: €40 / hour.
• Extra change of bed linen: €40 / room.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Security deposit of €10,000.00.
• No smoking inside the house.
• The use of the kitchen for meal preparation is reserved for the villa's chef. When not busy preparing lunches or dinners, the chef actively collaborates with the housekeeper in supervising the residence.
• The housekeeper serves lunches or dinners at the table.
• The Sunday rest day of the chef and housekeeper can be moved to another day upon request of the guests.
• Access to external service providers is not allowed: any extra service will be coordinated and managed solely by the villa management.
• Check-in: 16:00 – 18:00; Check-out: 10:00.
• Minimum stay: 7 days.
• 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking; 50% balance within 45 days prior to arrival.
