The price includes:

The price does not include (obligated extras):

- Deposit redemption: € 50 per week, non refundable (damage covered up to € 1500 per booking)
- Reservation costs € 35
- Final cleaning: € 140
- Resort costs: € 2 per person, per night
- Bed linen: € 11 per person
- Heating from November - March: € 150 per week

Optional extra to book, on request:
- Pool heating: € 150 per week (May to September)

- Midweek cleaning: € 27,50 per hour
- Bath linen (1 large and 1 small towel) € 9 per person

The private pool is available from April to October.
