Ground floor: the spacious villa has a sitting area with 2 sofas and two armchairs, television and fireplace. From the living room you can access the covered terrace through the double sliding doors. The dining area with table and 8 chairs is adjacent to the kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. On the ground floor you will also find two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom.First floor: 3 double bedrooms (2 with air conditioning and 1 with a big fan) and a bathroom.Outside: Large lawn with private heated 10 x 4 m pool.The pool heater can be included (extra cost) and the pool is open from April to October. The covered terrace is ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying a good glass of French wine. In the garden, an additional seating area has been created for an extra shady spot.There is parking on site and you can use the newly installed charging station (extra cost).
