Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single-gender groups are only allowed upon request.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure that your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity (air conditioning, heating and pool heating are not included)
- Interim cleaning (change of towels + small cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Redemption deposit: €70 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Tourist tax: € 112
- Reservation costs: € 35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra child's bed: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Air conditioning / heating: € 250 per week
- Extra cleaning: € 20 per hour, minimum 3 hours per time
- Pool heating: € 250 per week

Please note that guests who wish to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
