Flexible arrival:
Although the villa offers flexible arrival dates, we cannot allow too many empty days between bookings. Please always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure that your preferred dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Mid-stay cleaning (towel change + light cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Internet access
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)
- Air conditioning

The rental price does not include (compulsory extras):
- Damage insurance: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax: €112

Optional extras, available on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
