This charming villa features a large lawn and a FULLY FENCED garden. Ideal for small children or pets. Relax, enjoy nature, and experience pure relaxation in a delightful, luxurious setting. The villa is well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped.
This villa is unique because it was designed for 8 people; however, it is rented out for 6 people, giving you much more living space than usual.

Accommodation: 6 people, 2 bathrooms, and air conditioning in all bedrooms

When you enter the house, you immediately feel at home in one of the most beautiful spots in the park. Comfortable sofas invite you to take a seat. The living room is spacious, featuring a covered terrace with a lounge set and a dining table with 6 chairs with cushions. The living room has a fireplace, which provides wonderful warmth for colder evenings in spring and autumn, Dutch-language television, and high-speed internet connections (fiber optic) throughout the house and garden.

There is also a games cupboard with board games, Donald Duck comics, cards, puzzles, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and has every convenience, including an oven/microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, bean-to-cup coffee machine, air fryer, blender, orange juicer, kettle, and an American-style refrigerator with an ice maker.
Enjoy the finest dishes you can prepare in this kitchen together at the dining table for 6 people.

In the hallway, there is a separate storage room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

The villa features four spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with extra-long beds (210 cm) and features French doors opening onto the garden and terrace, as well as a private bathroom that was completely renovated in 2026, with a walk-in shower (rain) and vanity unit. A separate toilet is situated next to the bathroom. Additionally, there is another bedroom for 2 people on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, each for 2 people, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a seating area on the covered terrace. Here, in the evening, you can enjoy the illuminated garden, starry sky, or panoramic view with a cup of tea or a nice glass of wine.

If you have a baby, you can make FREE use of the travel cot, high chair, changing mat, and rocking chair.

The French country living feeling

The delightful garden enjoys sun all day long, but there are also cooling shaded spots for warm days, under the veranda and in the covered lounge area. The garden is fully fenced and enclosed, ensuring plenty of privacy. Ideal for small children and pets. Take a refreshing dip in the large private swimming pool (10 x 4.10 meters) with Roman steps, which is surrounded by a terrace with luxury sunbeds and parasols. In the cooler months, the pool can be heated (at an extra cost) – allowing you to enjoy this villa all season long. For the children, there are various play supplies in the shed that they can use in the pool or in the garden, e.g., inflatable toys and badminton rackets. Perfect for hours of fun. There is a covered veranda with luxury garden furniture so you can enjoy your meals in the shade. Naturally, a Weber gas barbecue is at your disposal.

The villa is situated on a spacious plot of 800 m². In the evening, the garden is beautifully illuminated, allowing you to enjoy lovely, balmy summer nights until late. Parking for 2 cars.

The perfect base in the Ardèche

The villa is the perfect base in the Ardèche. It is located just a few minutes' walk from the Ardèche river and not far from the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-D’Arc with its authentic streets and many terraces.

From here, you can enjoy activities such as wine tasting, canoeing, climbing, horseback riding, and cycling, as well as relaxing by the pool.

During the high season, there is a bread service at the reception. A food truck serving pizza or chicken regularly visits the grounds. Various activities are also organized, such as yoga, football, and pétanque tournaments. The grounds feature a large communal swimming pool, a children's pool, a playground, tennis courts, and a pétanque court. As a guest, you are welcome to use these facilities free of charge.
