Villa Des Montagnes

Villa des Montagnes is a luxurious, detached villa that accommodates up to 8 guests. It features a private swimming pool, a private pétanque court, and a fully enclosed garden, offering complete privacy. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all living areas and bedrooms, a FREE charging station for electric vehicles, and FREE Wi-Fi (fiber-optic internet). It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets.

The villa is located within the tranquil Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, situated directly along the Ardèche River.

The villa offers air conditioning throughout and includes a charging station for electric vehicles (free charging available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM). To ensure a peaceful environment within the park, groups of young people are not permitted.
Sliding doors in the living room lead out to a spacious, inviting garden featuring a beautiful lounge set by the pool. On the covered terrace, you will find a long dining table with eight adjustable chairs. Surrounding the private swimming pool are eight comfortable sun loungers, thatched parasols, and an outdoor shower.
The fully enclosed garden provides excellent privacy, making it ideal for families with children and dogs. At the back of the garden, there is a private, illuminated pétanque court. For younger guests, a wooden play structure with a slide is also provided.
Inside, the villa boasts a cozy living room furnished with modern pieces, including a comfortable corner sofa, armchairs, a spacious dining area, a fireplace, a smart TV, electric heaters, and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, featuring two refrigerators (one of which includes a freezer compartment), a combination oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a Senseo coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, an electric kettle, a hand mixer, an immersion blender, and an ample supply of tableware.

The entire property is fitted with insect screens, allowing you to enjoy fresh air in comfort—even on warm summer evenings—without the nuisance of insects.

Ground floor
On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The master bedroom features a comfortable Pullman box-spring bed (2 x 90x210 cm), bedside tables, a mirror, and a wardrobe. This room offers a view of the garden.
The second bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (2 x 80x200 cm), a wardrobe, a mirror, and bedside tables.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a screen door.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, and a toilet (scheduled for renovation in the winter of 2026/2027). In the hallway, there is an additional toilet and a cupboard containing cleaning supplies.

First floor

The first floor houses two more bedrooms and a second bathroom.
The first bedroom features a box-spring bed (2 x 90x200 cm), while the second bedroom has a box-spring bed (2 x 80x200 cm).
These bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and window screens.
The second bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a vanity unit (scheduled for renovation in the winter of 2026/2027), and a toilet.
The spacious, invitingly furnished balcony—complete with seating, window screens, and lighting—offers a beautiful view over the park and the garden.

Storage room
The storage room contains a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an electric barbecue for your use.
Additionally, you will find inflatable pool toys, *jeu-de-boules* (bocce) balls, table tennis paddles, a badminton set, a Kubb game, and tennis rackets. For active guests, three mountain bikes are also available. A puncture repair kit and pump are provided for use during the season. Use of the bicycles is at your own risk.

Additional amenities
The villa includes private on-site parking for two cars.
There is an electric vehicle charging station located under the carport.
Charging is free of charge between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Naturally, complimentary high-speed fiber-optic WiFi is available throughout the villa.
Pets are welcome, provided they are registered in advance and remain under the owner's supervision.

Park facilities
The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park features a large 300 m² communal swimming pool, complete with a children's pool, sun loungers, and parasols.
Additionally, the park offers tennis courts, a football and basketball pitch, table tennis tables, a playground, pétanque courts, and outdoor fitness equipment.
Just outside the park, you will find padel courts, a mini-golf course, a treetop adventure park, and paintball facilities. The surrounding area also offers opportunities for go-karting, horseback riding, and quad biking.

Surrounding area
Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche is situated directly on the Ardèche River, which can be accessed from the park via a set of stairs.
A five-minute drive brings you to the lively town center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, home to supermarkets, a weekly market, various shops, restaurants, and inviting outdoor terraces.
During the high season, a food truck—serving items such as pizza or chicken—regularly visits the park, and snacks are also available at the reception.
Furthermore, a variety of activities are organized, including electric bike rentals, Happy Hour, canoeing excursions, yoga classes, and wine tastings.
