The ground floor is divided into two apartments with two bedrooms each, one with double bed and another with two single beds, which is an interior bedroom. One of the bedrooms in each apartment has not window to the outside. Each apartment has a kitchen open to living room with sofa bed and TV (4 national channels) and a bathroom.

The 1st floor features a bar counter with seats, a large living room with snooker table, satellite TV, fireplace, stereo system and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, juicer, blender, toaster and coffee machine. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, drying, iron and ironing board. 1 Bedroom with double bed (not seperatable), and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and a guest WC. You will also find here a balcony with table and chairs and access stairs to the pool area and garden.

The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large balcony with panoramic views. You can relax outdoors in the large garden area, which features a covered barbecue area with table and chairs.
