Villa Bonne Vie

Beautiful, spacious villa for 10 people, located on the edge of the holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardèche near the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc in the Ardèche. Guests of this villa can use all park facilities for free, such as the large communal outdoor pool, tennis courts, and playground. From the garden you can walk to the river l'Ardèche within 500 meters.

Accommodation: 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Spacious living room with sofas and armchairs and a television. There is a large dining area with ten chairs, an open kitchen equipped with all modern facilities, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The living room also has air conditioning. Through the sliding doors in the living room, you can access the covered terrace and the private pool. Additionally, on the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and toilet.
First floor: on the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms on this floor are equipped with new musquito screens. All beds in the villa are made up for your stay.

Outside: in the spacious garden, you have a beautiful view over the surrounding vineyards and hills, as the villa is located on the edge of the park. There is a private pool measuring over 9 x 4 meters, which can be heated for an additional fee. Around the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the French sun. The pool is open from April to October. Would you prefer to relax or dine in the shade? This is possible on the lovely covered terrace with a table and chairs. At the back of the garden, there is a new and comfortable lounge set available for guests.
