- Groups of young people are not permitted.
- Single-gender groups are only permitted upon request.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water, and electricity
- Interim cleaning (towel change + light cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Internet access
- 1 high chair and 1 crib (upon request)

Not included in the rental price (mandatory extras):
- Deposit: €70 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax: €296

Optional extras available upon request:
- Extra crib: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Air conditioning: €300 per week
