Please note:
- Groups of young people are not permitted.
- Single-sex groups are permitted only on request.

The rental price includes:
- Air conditioning
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Mid-stay cleaning (towel change + light cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax: €84 per week

Optional extras, on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Firewood: €0.50 per log
- Heating in winter: €200 per week
- Pool heating: €200 per week

Please note that guests wishing to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
