The villa has a flexible arrival, but we can not leave too many vacant days in between bookings. Please always check first with our team if the dates are possible/accepted.

Included in the rental price:
- Towels and linen (also pool towels)
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Maid service 2x a week
- Cot and high chair

Not included in the rental price:
- Heating: according to consumption
- Extra persons (above 12 pax): € 300 per week, per person.
- Booking fee: € 30

Refundable security deposit: € 450
