- Single-gender groups are only allowed upon request.

The rental price includes:
- Air conditioning
- Pool heating
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of the jacuzzi
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Interim cleaning (towel change + small cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit redemption: €70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking costs: €35
- Tourist tax: €280

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
