- Single-gender groups are permitted only upon request.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa offers flexible arrival dates, we cannot allow too many empty days between bookings. Please always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure that your desired dates are available.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and linens
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water, and electricity
- Mid-stay cleaning (towel change + light cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Internet access
- 1 high chair and 1 crib (upon request)
- Air conditioning

Not included in the rental price (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Reservation fee: €35
- Tourist tax: €84 per week

Optional extras, upon request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
