Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Groups of single gender only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity (air conditioning, heating and pool heating are not included)
- Interim cleaning (towel change + small cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit waiver: €70 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Tourist tax: € 112
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Air conditioning / Heating: € 250 per week
- Extra cleaning: € 20 per hour, minimum 3 hours at a time
- Pool heating: € 250 per week

Please note that guests who wish to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
