Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure that your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water, and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Internet access
- Air conditioning
- 1 high chair and 1 baby cot (upon request)

The rental price excludes (mandatory extras):
- Security waiver: € 50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to € 1,500 per booking). - Tourist tax: € 168
- Reservation fee: € 35
Optional extras, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Winter heating: € 175 per week
