- Single-gender groups are only permitted upon request.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa offers flexible arrival days, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure your preferred dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water, and electricity
- Interim cleaning (towel change + light cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Internet access
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (upon request)

Not included in the rental price (mandatory extras):
- Deposit redemption: €50 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking). - Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax: €112

Optional extras available upon request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Extra bed (9th and 10th person): €100 per week
